How We Handle DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the notice for completeness and validity
• Take appropriate action, which may include removing access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material of the removal
• Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
